6.2 You understand and agree that Virtual Items are not permanent and may expire or disappear due to game updates, account termination, or other reasons. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any Virtual Items.

6.3 Purchases of Virtual Items are final and, unless otherwise required by law, no refunds will be provided.

11.4 These Terms are drafted in the English language. If translated into other languages, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.
